Turkish Ready Mixed Concrete Association (THBB) that has strived for the production of concrete that is compliant with the standards in Turkey and for ensuring the accurate concrete applications in the constructions for 25 years elected its new Board of Directors in its General Assembly meeting it held on  April, 4 2015. In its task distribution, the Board of Directors elected Yavuz Işık to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Halit İnci to be the Deputy Chairman, and Mustafa Ulucan to be the Accounting Member, and constituted its Presidency Council.

 Turkish Ready Mixed Concrete Association has elected its Board of Directors. In the elections held on April, 04 2015, Yavuz Işık became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of THBB again. In the elections, Halit İnci was elected to be the Deputy Chairman and Mustafa Ulucan to be the Accounting Member.

Yavuz Işık, Chairman of the Board of Directors of THBB, said the following after the election: “In the previous period, we have made many significant progresses together with our administrative team. Our basic target as the new Board of Directors is to promote the production of quality and reliable concrete that is compliant with the standards. In this new era that we are experiencing, it must be the target of all of us to produce the quality, durable, and environment-friendly concrete with long term use. Turkish Ready Mixed Concrete Association represents one of the most important sectors in Turkey. We have so far acted through this consciousness and I am sure will make headway in the same manner. I wish that it will bring good luck to our General Assembly, our Association, and Turkey.”

Turkish Ready Mixed Concrete Association (THBB) is a professional organization that has endeavored for the production of concrete complying with the standards to construct the reliable and resistant structures and for the use of concrete in high resistance classes in the concrete applications conforming to the standards especially in the areas with high earthquake risk since 1988. It is mandatory for the companies wanting to be a member of THBB, which has been a full member of the European  Ready Mixed Concrete Organization (ERMCO) since 1991, to conduct production in compliance with the standards in all their ready-mixed concrete plants, to have received a QAS Certificate of Conformity having had their Quality Assurance System subjected to continuous spot checking, to possess an appropriate laboratory, and to fulfill the technical, environmental, legal, and ethical criteria as well as the criteria relating to work health and workers safety in a complete manner.
