As the representative of the ready mixed concrete sector, we have been endeavoring to expand the production and use of quality, accurate, environment-friendly, and sustainable concrete, which is necessary for the construction of safe and enduring structures in our country, since 1988, the year of our establishment. We have announced our Ready Mixed Concrete Sector Report, which scientifically analyzes our sector that provides significant contributions to our country's economy, specifically for 2021. The Report that we have drawn up in the light of the data provided by the Turkish Statistical Institute, T.R.Central Bank, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) as well as of the information provided by the THBB members and producers and suppliers other than the THBB members, includes detailed analyzes, assessments, and projections for the economy of Turkey, the construction sector, and the ready mixed concrete sector. The Report, which we shared with the institutions and individuals related to the construction and ready mixed concrete sectors, was printed out and delivered to our sector, our stakeholders, and public institutions and organizations.
Inviting attention to the fact that the sustainable growth of the construction sector and other sectors serving the construction sector can only be realized through a holistic development model, our Report highlights the necessity of drawing up and putting into practice the Construction Sector Strategy Deed as soon as possible.
