Turkish ready-mixed and prefabricated concrete company “İSTON”, a subsidiary of the İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality, was awarded with the “CSC Certificate" at the level “Silver” for its Tuzla Plant after the successful CSC certification of its Hadımköy Plant. Thus, İSTON has proved the commitment of the company to the international sustainability standards.
İSTON Tuzla Plant in İstanbul has been certified in accordance with the “CSC Certification System” by the Turkish Ready-Mixed Concrete Association (THBB), Regional System Operator of the CSC. The certificate at the level “Silver” has been issued by the Economic Enterprise of KGS, Certification Body of the CSC.
İSTON Hadımköy Plant had also received the CSC certificate at the “Gold” level. This certificate had been presented to the Mayor of İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality Ekrem İmamoğlu and General Manager of İSTON Ziya Gökmen Togay by THBB President Yavuz Işık at a ceremony held in June 2020 in İstanbul.
